Transactions missing from January

For multiple of our MYOB files, randomly transactions have not come through the bank feed, usually in December and January but woked fine before and after this period. Very frustrating when doing reconciliations to work out which transactions have not come through and then there is no easy way to just import a csv. There also does not seem to be a way to re-request transactions be imported from the bank feed, so my only option i to manually bring in the transactions via spend and receive money one by one. Not good enough.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    I would suggest trying to click on Get Bank Transactions. You will be able to see this when you go to Banking >> Bank Feeds. Wait for a few minutes for it to refresh and get the transactions to show on your Bank Feeds window. If you're still unable to get the transactions to show, please send me a private message so we can investigate this further.
