Unable to delete electronic fund

I have just spent a number of frustrating hours on the support line trying to fix an issue, however, as yet a solution has not been found.   I have a electronic payment that has gone into undeposit...

Checking if you have tried to delete the transactions via selecting undeposited account via find transactions and edit delete the transaction.
