AccountRight 2021.1 Unable to Export to Excel

We have recently installed AccountRight 2021.1 both on local computers and also on a server.

We are now unable to print/export reports to excel both.

This is the same for files on the server as well as files on several local computers.

    Hi Steven

     

    Absolutely nothing happens so there are no error messages.

    IT did a full uninstall and reinstall on my computer today and the problem has been solved.

    This now will need to be done on every computer to fix the issue.

    Hi hisv8 


    Can you expand on what is occurring when you are attempting to send reports to Excel? For example, are you encountering an error message when exporting? If so, what is the exact wording that you are encountering and when in the process are you encountering it?

    If you are encountering a message where it does show a path i.e. C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet\ do check out my post on Exporting reports to Excel as you might be mising the template files required to send those reports.
