Can you expand on what is occurring when you are attempting to send reports to Excel? For example, are you encountering an error message when exporting? If so, what is the exact wording that you are encountering and when in the process are you encountering it?If you are encountering a message where it does show a path i.e. C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet\ do check out my post on Exporting reports to Excel as you might be mising the template files required to send those reports.

Hi Steven
Absolutely nothing happens so there are no error messages.
IT did a full uninstall and reinstall on my computer today and the problem has been solved.
This now will need to be done on every computer to fix the issue.
