Thanks for your reply. Perhaps moderators such as Princess_R can include this important limitation to users. While a server backup can be purchased, it might be up to 6 days old, and can only go back 6 months.
Sometimes for tax purposes, users need to restore a backup from last financial year, and they might rely on MYOB to provide this. A customer would be understandably angry with MYOB if you later tell them, 'sorry we can only go back 6 months'.
