AccountRight does have an API - it's called the MYOB Business API. More information about that can be found at the MYOB Developer Centre.
In terms of PowerBI, there is no native connection to that application through the MYOB Business API. However, you might like to look into the MYOB App Marketplace to see if there is an app that works already with PowerBI or can achieve your reporting requirements.
