Cant export report to excel
I have installed the Account Right PC Edition 2023.5 version, but when i would like to export the report to excel, it cant export. No error was shown, just that after clicking on the export to excel ...

Can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after attempting to export to excel, if you open the error log, can you see a Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel._Application error ? If yes, generally this error means that when a program such as AccountRight asks which version of Excel is installed, the wrong version is being reported back causing a communication problem and errors between the programs.
This can happen when different versions of Office/Excel may have been previously installed on the computer, and components/values are left behind. This type of error can be fixed by one one of the following:
- Quick repair office. (any missing files should be added back)
- Check/Fix Registry Keys (this step can only be completed by an IT professional as this is an environmental issue with windows having missing or incorrect information). I manage to get the Huxley.Application_2023.5.1.4 file.. is attached.
But i cant see
1. The Migration Log2. The Import Log
3. The Error Log

Upon checking the error log you attached, I can see that you are experiencing the error Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.

I found a solution. I copy the all MYOB related file from the working pc and paste it to this problem pc. After that, i generate the excel and it works.
