Would you mind expanding what MYOB product you are using?
If you are using AccountRight 2021, exporting customer cards via the File>>Import/Export Assistant option will export all customer cards. You would not be able to only select certain customers through that process. However, if you wanted to know the last sales date of a transaction you could use the Card List window and customise it to add the Last Sale/Purchase date column in. This window can then be filtered to show you only the cards after that period. You can also copy the on-screen information on the clipboard to paste in Excel or Notepad or a similar application. Help Article: The Cards List has more information on actioning those tasks.
It is also worth calling out the exporting of cards via the Import/Export Assistant generates a copy of the data. It will not delete or remove the current information that is listed in the card list. You would need to ensure that no transactions are associated with the card, and select Edit>>Delete card to delete a card.
