Error 0: Unexpected import error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi Im trying to import customer cards, with a Y to make the card inactive, and getting this error.   Please advise   Thanks

Hi - I have tried with the Record ID.  This does not work either

Hi Betabiz,

There is something wrong with either the import file or the process you are using. Perhaps attach a copy of the text import file (one with record ids), perhaps someone can spot the issue. I take it you have taken the record ids from the customer card export?
