Error 4077

Hi    I need to import a file due to a price increase. I have a MYOB expert assisting me however he has run into some problems. He has been getting error message 4077. I was told to reach out to ...

Hi MalloryJ​ 

 

Myob's script usually fixes the issue for all existing items. However as soon as you add a new item on screen, you will need to get MYOB to run the script again for the new item! This has been reported to MYOB, however they seem to keep attributing cause to user behaviour, rather than programming bug.
