Export budget reports to csv

I don't seem to be able to export my budget reports to CSV.  I can export to Excel and PDF OK.  The option is there to export to CSV, but nothing happens when I click on it.

    We are still working on getting the export to CSV working again, but in the meantime we have found if you add a GST clearing account you are able to export your budget to CSV. Click on your business name in the top right corner>>Report Settings>>Select your GST clearing account. You can create a dummy account and disable this after you downloaded your CSV file.

     

    Let me know how you get on with this.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue and the workaround hasn't worked. Our developers are still investigating this issue. If selecting a GST Clearing Account under Report Settings hasn't solved it for you, could you send me a Private Message with your serial number and a screenshot of the report settings and a copy of the console log? I will then be able to follow this up with the developers.

     

    To open the console, select the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots) and choose More Tools >> Developer Tools

     

     

    Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.

     

     

    Right click and choose Clear Console

     

    Repeat the action that causes the error / issue. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in red error text.

     

     

    Save the error log by right clicking on the Console tab and choose Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file.
