Exporting Items

I am exporting items data for use in another database.  I use Custom List 1 - 3 and Custom Field 1-3 to record specific data for calculation purposes.  The problem: Sometimes this data does not export (all items with all fields selected are for export).   It is occasional - and consistent to a particular item but I have been unable to find a reason.  I have recreated the item but still the problem persists with that new item.    The information from these fields is simply not in the raw data exported.  Has anyone else experienced problems with exporting the data.?

    I should have added I am using MYOB AccountRight Premier AU 2026.1.0

    Hi RiverFire,

    I appreciate the additional details you’ve provided. Custom Lists and Custom Fields should export consistently for any item where those fields are populated, so what you’re seeing with only some items missing that data is definitely not expected. I'd recommend reaching out to our back-end team so they can take a closer look with this.
