Exporting numbers as text -Using Desktop App

Hi,

 

Since the update this month, all our reports are exporting numbers as text into excel. I know it works correctly in the browser but all our custom reports for month end reporting is only on the desktop app.

 

Any one else having this issue or have a solution?

    Hi Doreen,

     

    Thank you for the feedback. This is what I've been doing. It is time-consuming as we do multiple exports across multiple companies. Any idea when/if this will be fixed?

    Hey JS321,

     

    Sounds like you’ve run into the numbers-exporting-as-text since the latest update. The good news is that there's a workaround for this. You need to highlight the cells or the whole column with those numbers, right click, choose ‘Format Cells.' Pop over to the ‘Number’ section, and hit OK. That should set things straight again!
