Import General Journal file

Has anyone been able to import General Journal file in AccountRight PLUS AU 2024.5.0 Build 2024.5.1.7   I cannot import any General Journal file in AccountRight via import.  The field have changed...

    Yes.  I have the {} in row 1, and nothing else?

Hi nmicallef , does your import file have a pair of curly braces like {} in row 1, and nothing else?

 

I think AccountRight is presenting import fields designed for version 19. The braces indicate that the current version is required. 

 

If not, add a row with braces. Then try again.
