That does sound like a lot to deal with, especially with how often it’s happening and the extra time it’s adding to your payroll. Definitely not where we’d want things to be. If IMS and AccountRight are both working fine separately, it usually means there’s something going on with the connection between them. I’d suggest reaching out to the IMS support team first so they can check why it’s not exporting. After that, you could try turning off category tracking in AccountRight from your preferences and then attempt the export again. I’ve seen that help in some cases, but hopefully other community members can jump in and share what’s worked for them too.
