Hi IndigoHermawan , see these posts for suggestions to resolve that error message:
First of all check whether the file mentioned actually exists in that folder. If not, follow the reinstall suggestions, If it does, follow the security/access rights suggestions.

Another option is to run a 'quick repair' of Microsoft Office.
