    Have you attempted restarting Excel to see if it resolves the issue with the error message, "This add-in could not be started"? A quick restart can often refresh the program, enabling the add-in to initiate correctly. If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to check for any updates to both the MYOB add-in and Excel itself. Sometimes, updates address compatibility concerns that may be causing the problem.
