Offline backup
We are moving client to another platform, the MYOB API is preventing extract the data. We need to do an offline backup. As the offline backup just phased out. What can we do? Phone call support is 2 ...
Hi NNA0331,
There’s a fair bit to work through here, particularly with a client migration already underway. At the moment, offline backups aren’t supported in the same way they were before. What you can do is complete an offline backup by installing and opening Server Edition, or by using PC Edition 2026.4. The only version where this isn’t possible is PC Edition 2026.5.
