Ordermentum not Syncing with MYOB

HI
We use an ordering App called Ordermentum that syncs orders in to MYOB, currently non of the orders are reaching with MYOB. Ordermentum has advised the below.

  • The Sale/Order endpoint is consistently timing out

Has any one else experienced this issue? dose any one know a Fix for this?
We have been using the same app for years with no issue - this is a new problem.
I have already disconnected the app and reconnected on the Ordermentum side and this did not help.

    That's possible, but we can't confirm that from here.

     

    A timeout doesn't usually mean the app user is locked out. It points more to the connection timing out during the sync.

     

    It'd be worth asking Ordermentum to check whether the MYOB connection needs to be reauthorised after the new login changes. If they still can't find the cause, the Ordermentum team can reach out to our API support team to investigate the connection further.

    Is there any chance this has something to do with the new log in process?
    Could the App as a user be being lock out for some reason?

    Hi Southern2018,

     

    Thanks for sharing the details. Since you’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the app from the Ordermentum side and the Sale/Order endpoint is still timing out, I’m hoping someone in the Community who’s seen this before can share what worked for them. If no one here has come across it, the best next step would be to get back in touch with Ordermentum support, as they may be able to investigate the timeout further from their integration side.
