Solo is designed specifically for mobile. It’s built to work smoothly from your phone, so you can run your business on the go without needing to be tied to a desk. We know that’s not for everyone, and while Solo doesn’t currently support iPad or desktop use, we’re always listening and looking for ways to evolve how people can use it. Feedback like yours helps guide where we head next!
In terms of the refund, Solo’s terms and conditions don’t allow for refunds on annual subscriptions if the product is working as intended, which, in this case, it is.
