App issues

Hello since the most recent update, version 8.0.0, which I updated 5 days ago.   Everytime I finish entering a transaction the app freezes and I have to force shut the app and log back in again.   This is incredibly frustrating 

 

I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro and have never had this issue before.  As I often only enter a weeks worth of transactions at a time, this makes the whole process a lot longer

  • Hi Davids1978​ - that does sound very frustrating and I want to thank you for flagging this so that we can figure out what's going on. 

    I'll review your app logs and see what I can come up with.

    In the meantime, can you share more specifics, these will help us reproduce and zero-in on the issue. Detail, such as...

    • You mentioned "transactions", is this while recording an expense, creating an invoice or both?
    • Depending on the above, can you share what you're doing before it freezes, whether it freezes in the same way every time or at different steps, and any error messages you're seeing
