We haven't had any prior reports of login issues today, but we'd love to dig into this for you a little further. Can I confirm if you're on the most recent version of Solo, and there's no pending updates in your device's respective app store (App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android)?
It sounds like you're not getting a specific error message, but rather that the app refreshes and doesn't progress past the login page? I'll raise this with my teammates to see if we can uncover some error messages happening on the backend, and what we can do to unblock you. ☺️
