Some applications (and parts of that application) take a little longer to review, and the long weekend in Victoria and NSW added an extra day to our standard processing times.
That said, we'll want to take a closer look for you and may be able spot if there's a reason for the hold up.
Owing to the private nature of your application, we can only handle those discussions through our in-app support channel. Please fire up the Solo app, head over to the More tab and select Chat with us. The Digital Assistant will help get you in touch with us, and you can always type "chat to a human" or "speak with a member of the community team" to get to us a little quicker.
