Cancel subcription

Hi, I have downloaded the app and never used it. my business has closed and I tried to cancel the subscription and website said to call and no one answered, I stayed on the line for 2 hours. can someone help please?

    We understand it can be frustrating when it’s hard to reach the team over the phone. Right now though, cancellations do need to go through our cancellations team so they can confirm a few quick details and close everything off securely. You can reach them on 1300 940 281.

     

    If timing’s tricky, no stress — you can call after hours, leave your details, and the team will give you a call back so you don’t have to wait around. 💜
