Cannot Log Into My Account. Case#: 02260773

Been Experiencing this for the past 4+ days, can't even login into the online website via my laptop

    Ahh, I think I’ve got a good idea of what’s going on here—and we’ve actually got a handy article that explains it all right here!

    This should help get things moving again, but to update your account details and fully resolve the issue, the best place to do that is via the Digital Assistant in the app. We won’t do it here, just to keep your account info private and secure.

    Head to More > Digital Assistant, and the team will walk you through everything you need to get sorted! 🙌
