Can't connect with bank

Every time I try to connect with my bank I get a message saying something went wrong on your end.  How do I overcome this?

     Thanks for flagging that! This is a generic error, so it’s a bit tricky to pin down the exact cause.

    One thing we’ve seen trigger it is when the account is a joint account. In those cases, some banks need extra approval to allow data sharing, usually by filling out an authority form at the bank.

    To help us dig into this further, could you please raise a support case from within the app? Just head to More > Digital Assistant and follow the prompts.
