If you've checked the reply-to field and the email sender is still not quite right, I'd recommend reaching out to us directly in the Solo app! Drop us a line via More > Digital assistant and you'll be connected with a member of our team, we can take a deeper look under the hood and make sure there's no bugs or issues.
