Delay bank feed for transaction after 24/12/25?

Hi Team,

 

I cannot see any transactions after 24/12/25 for our Westpac bank accounts.

Normally the transactions during public holidays will be appearing after 1 working day, which is today (Tuesday).

Could I ask when they will be available?

  • Hi Crystal, I have the same issues and is needing answers as I need to send Statements by today! Hope we get some answers soon :(

    Having the same issues with Westpac bank feeds and still not here.  Today is last day of the month and need the feed to make any adjustments.

    Also trying to find a contact number to enquire as to delay is not easy,  Been unable to find one or an email enquiry form.

    We still have nothing since 24/12, anyone else?  Not everyone goes on holidays at this time of year!

    I have the same issue. I was prepared for the delay over public holidays but assumed transactions would still come through on business days.

     

    An answer would be nice with it being end of month also.

    Slower syncing and payment delays are definitely no fun! Unfortunately, the longer processing times are unavoidable this time of year as financial institutions don't process payments on public holidays.     So during this time of year, you can generally expect an extra 1-2 business days of processing time, which is on top of the normal processing time, so a total of 3-5 business days.
