Invoice

Hi I have received an email from solo for the invoice for yearly payment as $ 7.08 but I am logging into my account the payment being asked is $90 so how can that be resolved

  • Hi uttam1​ - I've reviewed your account and need to clarify a few things:

    1. You received a credit adjustment for A$7.08 with the provided reason as "System / Operational Error"
    2. The renewal invoice, retailing for $99, applied the adjustment and came to a total $91.92

    So everything seems in order, but I do understand the confusion with the credit adjustment and we've shared this feedback with the billing and communications team
