Hey JanelleW2026 - thanks for stopping by!
If a Solo user has shared access with you as an accountant or bookkeeper, you won't be able to access the app directly the same way the customer does. For support specifically related to accountant and bookkeeper access, we recommend heading over here:Solo by MYOB for accounting professionals | MYOB Community
If you use the Partner portal, you're also able to raise support requests there too! They'll be able to give you more localized advice to the accountant/bookkeeper experience. 🕺 - JanelleW20261 month agoMember
Hi is there a difference between using the app and logging in as an accountant? We are trying to update COA and are finding we are unable to do this logged in on the web?

HI Mac176,
Can I confirm if you’ve been invited as an accountant and are accessing this through your partner dashboard, or are you logging in directly via the app? From within the app there are five reports available: Profit and Loss, GST Report, GST Return, Transaction List and Taxable Payments.
If you’ve been invited as a bookkeeper or accountant and are using the partner dashboard, you’ll see slightly different options compared to what’s in the app. What you won’t find in the app is an option to export the chart of accounts and then make changes to bring it back in. To make edits, you’ll need to go to More >> Categories (excluding balances)
Thanks,Hannah
