Tap and go payment taken but invoice says unpaid?

Hi all, I took a card payment using the tap and go feature on the app yesterday. It came up with the tick and everything as usual to say it had gone through and I moved on to my next job not thinkin...

Hi there, Grace, I’m so glad I’m not the only one who experiences this, I thought I was going crazy today trying to find transaction records to no avail, time confusing and frustrating.
