Connected Accounts — what to expect and when
Once you’ve granted permission through your bank, Solo starts keeping an eye out for the first new posted transaction in that account. That’s what kicks things off — but it doesn’t show up instantly. Here’s a quick peek under the hood:
🕒 After your bank posts that first transaction, it can take around two business days for Solo to display it
🔁 Solo syncs with your bank twice a day (around 1am and 6pm), but only imports posted transactions, and not pending ones
📆 Some banks only post on business days, so weekends can slow things down
🕵️♀️ If a transaction was posted yesterday (a Sunday), you’ll likely see it show up in Solo by tomorrow or the day after (Tuesday or Wednesday)
So if it’s been three days and nothing’s appeared just yet, the delay is likely on your bank’s side — either no new transaction has posted, or it simply missed the last sync.
