Unable to send invoice

I have recently started using MYOB solo , I emailed off about 6 invoices last night and then I was unable to send any more . Is there a daily limit ? Tried again next morning and was able to send 1 more but then same message appeared “ Unable to Send “. Any idea on why this is happening

    But to the point (and to echo my colleague Jayde), we'll be keen to take a look at this for you, so hit us up through the Digital assistant (in the app, go to More > Digital Assistant) and we'll look under the hood for ya.

  • Im having the same issue, I was allowed to send 6 invoices, but on the 7th (day of Christmas) myob said to me… error sending email… please try again and I must admit it was annoying…

    Issues with emails sending can occur for a variety of reasons (sometimes it's as simple as a reply-to email not being set under "Invoice Settings"), but it sounds like you're describing a potential issue underneath the hood in Solo!
