Hi TH140,
Thanks for flagging this. It does look like there may have been a delay affecting some Westpac bank feeds around that time. It’s also worth refreshing the feed by going to Banking > Bank Feeds and clicking Get Bank Transactions.
Bank feeds can sometimes also come through a little later depending on the bank’s delivery timing, so I’d suggest keeping an eye on it over the next business day. If it still hasn’t updated after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can check the affected feed more closely for you.

No ANZ feed since 15/05 (Fri). ANZ frequency is Tue -> Sat, so the feed is definitely broken. No connection errors from software, just no transactions...

Hello "Mike"-apart from all the standard excuses, why the hell are the bank feeds such a problem to get immediately?-we did not ask for this-it is compulsory, so should be very basic and simple by now-as a micro business, the continued increase in cost & issues at the same time are very frustrating-please don't "apologise"-does not help at all.
Really disappointed in the continued issues.

I have not received any bank feeds since 16/4/26 is there a problem

Have you received bank feeds from Bank of Sydney?
We can only see transactions in MYOB until 20th of March.

I have had a look, and no known issues are showing for bank feed delays right now with the same dates you mentioned.
It is likely something is going on with your specific bank feed, so the best thing is to get our support team to check your file. You can send us a support ticket through My Account or start a live chat with the team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
