Hi JLodge,
Thank you for providing the screenshot. If there are already linked sub-accounts, they cannot be deleted. The only option available is to mark them as inactive.
Regards,
Earl

None of the accounts I'm referring to have been linked:
I'm not trying to delete them. They were originally Level 3 accounts and for some reason since pulling out the previous quarters balance sheet they have changed to Level 2 accounts. I still need to use them but I need them as level Level 2 accounts under the Level 3 account, where they belong.

Hi Dadirri,
This situation can sometimes happen due to specific settings or conditions in the system, such as restrictions on modifying account structures after certain transactions or reports have been processed.
Please make sure that there are no active or recent transactions posted to the subaccounts that might be restricting changes.
Sometimes, using the desktop version may offer additional flexibility for creating or adjusting accounts that are restricted in the web version. Try to create new accounts using desktop version.
If issue persists, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount for further investigation.
Regards,
Sai
