ATO connection still not working?

Hi

I've been told that MYOB corrected the issue of not being able to connect to ATO to lodge the May IAS.  BUT I've just gone in to try & look at the June BAS statement and get the following message:

 

We’re having some technical problems and can’t open this activity statement right now. Please try again later.

 

Seriously AmandaMYOB​ what is going on?  this is beyond bad.

    I don't even have the option to open the may IAS to lodge it, it skips from May to August, very frustrating as it's now more than a week overdue
