ATO Linking

My client is getting an error that they have the wring Branch in the GST settings but as per ABN lookup they don't have a branch neither does the setting in MYOB? confused

    Hi melissataaffe,

     

    I totally get why that's doing your head in when everything looks spot on in both MYOB and the ABN lookup. We've seen a few customers run into this quirky one, and a bit of a workaround that's helped is popping in 003 as the branch number. Sounds odd, but it's done the trick for some. Give that a crack and see how it goes. If it's still chucking the same error after that, best bet would be to reach out to the ATO directly so they can check what's sitting on their end.
