Bank Rec has been processed but still showing unallocated transactions in the bank feed prior to sending data zip file to change to Business lite

Hi my Bank Rec has been processed  and reconciled for all bank accounts up to the end of March 2024 prior to sending data zip file to change from AccountRight to Business lite.

Transactions are still showing as unallocated in the bank feed.l

 

I have sent you files for your information.

Can you please help me with this as these transactions should not be showing anymore in the bank fed.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Regarding your concern, it is not possible to hide bank feed transactions in MYOB Business Pro. Bank feed transactions can only be hidden in AccountRight. However, in the browser, you can filter by date period so those transactions will not appear in the Unallocated list. Also, if you would like to see this functionality, we highly encourage you to please show your support with further votes and comments on the product idea exchange board.
