I successfully completed my bank reconciliations through to the end of March, however now I am doing the reconciliations through to June and the numbers are not correct.
I reversed my last reconciliation just to check everything was right, and some of the entries are missing.
I checked my report printouts from end March and the missing entry are recorded.
Just cant work out what's going...could my data have become corrupted?
How do I fix this?
Actually, I might have made a mistake...ignore this for the moment
It was because, on desktop, when you are in reconciliation, the scroll-down doesn't appear until you hover over the entries.
All very cute and stylish, but seriously, it should be readily apparent if not all the entries are visible!!
There also seems to have been several entries that became 'un-reconciled' and threw the balance way out of wack. There is a chance it was my error: but I can't see how as I always diligently reconcile with the bank statement in hand and do not move forward until each month reconciles.
