Online BAS Lodgement Problem

My GST setting as quarterly report, however when I lodge it online, the pre-fill only shows 1 month, and I am unable to change the period. Please see the attachment.

Hi Earl,

 

I am using essential Pro, can I please know where can I find BAS info set up?

Thank you for getting in touch, and I apologize for the delayed response. You can locate it within the Business Settings; please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.

    Hi Earl, 

     

    Mine is correct, I have the screenshot attached to my previous email. 

    Anyway, I have it attached here again. So its not the set up problem.
