Online BAS Lodgement Problem

My GST setting as quarterly report, however when I lodge it online, the pre-fill only shows 1 month, and I am unable to change the period. Please see the attachment.

Hi Parthenon,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Could you please verify if your BAS Information settings are configured for Quarterly reporting? Kindly refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.

Thank you for getting back to us. I understand that you are still having an issue with your BAS when you lodge it online. My colleague Earl_HD  has provided you with some steps on how to change the settings, but after following the process you were mentioned that the settings are correct, and we appreciate you sending the screenshots.
