Accessing my.myob for multiple MYOB subscriptions

I have one login email that can access two different organisations MYOB software but when I try to access my.myob it only allows me to see one organisation.

I have full administration rights to both organisations.

I need to change the Billing account details.

    Hi WWD3134,

     

    If you’re the primary contact or your name’s on the payment profile, you’ll be able to see and update the payment profile info in My Account, just hit “View payment details”. Here’s a handy link about managing your MYOB subscription in My Account that will guide you through the process.
