Cancel subscription

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription.  I cannot get through Support via Chat or contact phone number for cancellations, and at all times (since May) I have been asked to wait for hours.   I am now fed up wasting my time waiting.   I have lodged a support request for cancellation, the case number is 03171385, created 22/6/26.  I have receved no response.  Not acceptable, very poor service.  Today I received an invoice for July 2026, I want my subscription to cease, so please stop sending future invoices for a service that I no longer use.   My file has always been offline and I refuse to load it on-line.  If no action is taken, I have no option but to report to AFCA or Fair Trading to have this issue resolved.

    Am sorry I don’t think calling the number is a solution. I’ve tried that so many times and I’m sick of waiting for a long time to get someone to attend to my call. I don’t need to make an explanation or hear about other options. I have decided to end MYOB once and for all. So can you just cancel the subscription for me please Thank you.

    Good Luck getting your subscription cancelled.  Can you stop payment at bank?

    I have asked the CC provider to put a block on the charge so let's see what happens.

    You will need to give us a call at 1300 940 281 to cancel your subscription, the team will be able to assist from there.

  • I am also trying to cancel a MYOB subscription.  I have been trying since the 30th June, and my account was direct debited today.  I have logged a ticket, I have tried calling and I have tried Chat they just tell me to call.  I was on hold for over 1hr 30 min this morning and I called at 9am and I was also on Chat at the same time. I am getting extremely frustrated with the customer service with this company.  The customer service for this company is extremely poor.  

     

    I also have a Solo subscription that I have paid for an cant use as it want's me to use the Authenticator and I have not set it up with 2FA yet.

    Thank you for your recommendation, Amanda, as I am trying to cancel my MYOB subscription, too. Unfortunately, though I have tried several times to cancel my subscription via the number you have provided, I have been advised each time that they are unable to take my call due to a high volume of calls.

    I have informed my bank to stop payment on the subscription and I have tried several times to inform MYOB. This is extremely difficult when I can't even speak to anyone on the number provided.

    I have been purchasing and using MYOB products for over 25 years in the small business and not for profit sector. I hope that you can help me to cancel my subscription in a dignified and professional manner.

    Tried calling but the recorded voice just tells me there is a high volume of callers and call back later.  No option to leave a message or a contact number.  So my call isn't important because I'm trying to cancel.

    I'll give the cancel the credit card payment a go, maybe someone will talk to me then.
