I am also trying to cancel a MYOB subscription. I have been trying since the 30th June, and my account was direct debited today. I have logged a ticket, I have tried calling and I have tried Chat they just tell me to call. I was on hold for over 1hr 30 min this morning and I called at 9am and I was also on Chat at the same time. I am getting extremely frustrated with the customer service with this company. The customer service for this company is extremely poor.
I also have a Solo subscription that I have paid for an cant use as it want's me to use the Authenticator and I have not set it up with 2FA yet.
