Great to hear you resolve this, thanks for letting us know.
Just to clarify on the Bank feeds window, the Closing balance is the balance brought into your file from your bank. The Calculated balance is the Last reconciled balance plus transactions ticked in the Reconcile accounts window. As such, it is possible to have an out of balance amount if the Closing balance is incorrect.
If you do have an out of balance in that window we recommend checking that the account balances in the Reconcile accounts window.
