We’re not currently seeing any bank feed delays at the moment, but you can still check our Bank Feed Updates page in case anything new has been posted. You can also open your bank transactions and click Reset to refresh the feed. If you’re using AccountRight, go to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions.
If it’s still not updating after that, please reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
