Same here - not happy! Cannot allocate any transactions and its the end of the month!

I am able to allocate in the desktop version but it also looks like some of my bank feed rules have been automatically approved instead of saying rule applied and then letting me accept it. I'm having to go back and find the transactions that need documents attached and "cheque numbers" changed. :(

Me too - I can't allocate transactions that are unmatched in my In Tray
Same! Just put a post on MYOB Partner HQ on FB saying this. There's no one complaining about this there yet.
