Sorry you’ve had this happen, especially after using bank feeds for so long. I completely get how disruptive that would be when you rely on it every day. Even if nothing has changed on your side, feeds can be cut off if the bank or the feed provider changes how they connect, or if the underlying authority expires and needs to be re‑authorised for security/compliance reasons. When that happens, we’re required to stop the feed until a fresh authority is in place, which is why you’ve been asked to resubmit the details. The “Processing” status just means your new bank feed application is being worked through. You shouldn’t need to do anything else right now, but if it sits in processing longer than expected, it’s worth reaching out to our support team so we can check what’s holding it up on the bank‑feed side.
On the new Invoices home screen/smart invoice reminders banner, you’re not the only one calling this out. At the moment there isn’t a built‑in way to permanently turn that banner off, which is why you’re seeing it every time you land on the page, and I agree that’s not ideal when you’re in there dozens of times a day. Someone’s already logged an idea for an option to turn those banners off and clean the screen up.
