Bank rec in MYOB Business with AI causing multiple issues - how to turn it off and go back to how it was??

I have no way of turning off AI.  What an absolute waste of my time this has been trying to reconcile a month.

Can we PLEASE go back to how it was.

It says some transactions aren't matched - but when I check another screen it says it is matched.  Then I down load the rec from the previous month (April) and its is not the same as my print out from MY rec when April was processed - why is that??

Then it keeps bringing up dates from back in 2023 & 2024 - ???? What's that about?  

This is crazy infuriating right on top of end of fin year - who do I bill for my time??

This needs fixing - it is not working

    There is nothing “smart” about the way this new procedure using AI is reconciling. We should at least have the option to TURN IT OFF.  Also the way AI wants to use “history” to allocate is inaccurate - if the previous entry was split over two or more accounts, AI uses history to put it to just the first account - anything marked as history AI needs to be checked -not overlooked. 

    Really not sure I have the time to spend  “discussing” the bank rec - it was fine when I left it last month - MYOB need to undo what ever the heck they did, and reset it.

    From what you’ve described, it definitely needs to be looked into by our support team directly, as they’ll need to review the affected file and the bank transactions with you.

    I agree totally - there is so much time wasted with this new AI reconciliation - you should be able to select the transactions yourself to do a reconciliation

     

  • Agree, have just gone in and it keeps going back to 2023. I can't get the full list of transactions off my bank feed to reconcile against. I just want it back to the previous version. Obviously its causing dramas for everyone. Maybe it might have been an idea to do this not at the EOFY. Thanks for the extra chaos MYOB
