Bank Rec

Hi,

I am trying to reconcile the bank account and need to allocate each transaction individually as there is an error somewhere in the month.  When I allocate or tick off a transaction the screen automatically scrolls back to the top. Surely there is a way to stop this from happening as it is making the task very time consuming.

    That'd drive anyone up the wall. Thanks for explaining what's happening, I can see why reconciling like that would take forever. For this one, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can take a closer look at your file, check what's causing the screen to jump back to the top, and work through a proper fix with you.

    Hi Sai

    I've done both with no luck. The live chat I went around in circles as they couldn't work out what I was saying and I've lodged a case 2 days ago with no reply. Very bad customer service.  I have seen other post with the same issue. I'm assuming MYOB have done an update of some sort and this happening with the bank recs is due to that update.
