Bank Reconcilliation

Hi, in December I forward dated a pay run to be paid in January however the super payment for the period which was the same payment date was actually paid in December.  I didn't realise it would transfer immediately.  Therefore I have a withdrawal on the bank in December for super but can't match it.  The actual pay run was paid and recorded in January so matches.  How can I change the super record date to be December so I can reconcile?

    When a pay run is future dated but the super payment has been authorised, the super is still processed on the day it is authorised, which explains why the payment came out of the bank in December. When reconciling, make sure to widen the date range so the December super payment appears and can be matched. If that doesn't fix your issue, the super payment date itself can’t be edited, however our team can run a script on your file and advise on how to reconcile this properly.
